Bobb is a low key guy, but he is very smart, and does not accept excuses. It was a forceful display by Bobb, to whom Williams repeatedly deferred during the hour-long news conference at which the plan was announced. "All hands are on deck," Bobb said, promising to report back to the mayor on his progress in 60 days. District Launches Youth Agency Reforms (washingtonpost.com)
