Barras and City Paper endorse Brooks

While Kwame Brown seems to have gotten the lion's share of endoresments, Jonetta Rose Barras and Loose Lips have endorsed Sam Brooks.

"So, if you are interested in a clean, bright, conscientious politician with innovative ideas who will dedicate himself full-time to the residents of this great city then vote Sam Brooks for At-Large Councilmember in the Democratic Primary on Sept. 14, 2004. "

Earlier this year, in the context of the presidential primary, LL ranted against the concept of electability. LL believes that smart, energetic candidates are electable in D.C. even if they are white, 24 years old, and reared in Georgetown. Connect the arrow for Sam Brooks and show some real leadership.
