Man shot dead in SW

"A 22-year-old man was found fatally shot in the stairwell of his apartment building in Southwest Washington early Wednesday, D.C. police said. Anthony Cunningham was found about 6:15 a.m. suffering from a gunshot wound to the head in the 4600 block of Martin Luther King Avenue SW, police said.
