"A spike in killings in the District continued on Friday night, when a man was stabbed to death following an argument in Adams Morgan.

D.C. police spokesman Sergeant Joe Gentile says 23-year-old David Murphy of Capitol Heights was stabbed multiple times about 3:20 a.m. on Champlain Street, Northwest."
