Fleeing Drug Suspect Kills 2 District Children
District police were making a drug bust at Sixth and Orleans Place around noon. Spokesman Sgt. Joe Gentile said 19-year-old Eric Palmer of Northeast sped away in a Honda Accord down Florida Avenue. Gentile said police cruisers briefly chased him before the pursuit was called off.
