18-yr-old shot dead in SE

"An 18-year-old Prince George's County man was shot and killed early yesterday as he sat at the wheel of a car in Southeast Washington, D.C. police said.

Police identified the man as Theodore Durbin of Curtis Drive in Hillcrest Heights. Sgt. Joe Gentile, a D.C. police spokesman, said Durbin and one or more other people were in a car stopped in the 1900 block of Alabama Avenue SE about 4:15 a.m. when another vehicle drove alongside and a shot was fired from it."
