Man shot dead in NW

"An unidentified man was fatally shot early yesterday in Northwest Washington, D.C. police said. The man, whose name was withheld by authorities pending notification of his relatives, was found shot inside a black Ford pickup about 12:30 in the 4000 block of Arkansas Avenue NW, police said.
