One shot dead in NE

"One man was killed and three others were seriously wounded in a shooting this morning in residential neighborhood in Northeast Washington, police said. Police said the victims were in a white box truck about 8:10 a.m. when they got into an altercation with another man in the 5700 block of 6th Street NE. The man pulled out an assault rifle and began to fire at two men sitting inside the cargo area of the truck. The gunman then fired on the truck's cab, where three other men were sitting, police said." (washingtonpost.com)
